Let’s Get Started
Visa Process
You are applying for a non-immigrant ED visa (single-entry). The visa is valid for three months. After three months, you will go to the immigration office to get an extension. You will do this every three months for the duration of your visa (one year).
3 Months Before Launch
Email Manna Thai Language School at info@mannathailanguage.com to begin the enrollment and visa process. Tell them what country you are coming from and what month you want to begin class. Send Dillon a message on Signal (+1 806-500-9499) to let him know you have started the process.
Manna will ask you to send documents and information via email (I know this sounds sketchy, but it’s alright) as well as your deposit via PayPal.
The school will send your information to the Ministry of Education to be approved. Once they get the documentation back, they will prepare a packet to send to you via email and/or mail. This can take up to 6 weeks.
One Month Before Launch
Once you receive the paperwork, make an account at https://www.thaievisa.go.th and submit the application and paperwork. A lot of the paperwork will be in Thai, but don’t freak out - you can use Google Translate to take a photo of each document and see what it is and where you need to upload it. If you need help, please reach out!
It can take anywhere from 2 to 15 days for your visa to be approved. Don’t worry if you get an email back that you need to reupload or submit additional documents - this is normal.
Print your visa confirmation and have it with you at the airport. You will need to show it at border control in Thailand.
Make copies of your visa confirmation. You will need it at various times as you get set up in Thailand.

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world.
